These conversations will be stored for no longer than five years after the contact, if they are used for the purpose of coaching, training and evaluation. Conversations kept for the purpose of fraud prevention will not be stored for longer than five years after the contact.
If the data forms part of a legal file, this data will be stored, unless deletion is required by law or regulations.
 
4. Access to data
Apple Tree will only provide personal data to regulators, tax authorities and investigative authorities if it is required to do so by law. Under no circumstances will Apple Tree provide your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
